When: Fridays 10.45-11.45am (term-time only)

 Where: Harlescott Community Centre, Kynaston Road, Shrewsbury

 
These sessions are £2.50 each or £20 per term

This is latin inspired exercise to music for active adults.
 
If you like the sound of this, but the thought of walking into places for the first time fills you with terror, please don't be put off. All our staff are friendly and will do their best to make you fell welcome, and if you would like someone to go with for the first few times we can arrange that too. So why not get in touch NOW before you persuade yourself that it is not a good idea.
