When: Mondays 11.30-12.45pm in term-time
Where: Castlefields Community Centre
£2.50 per session or £20 per term
We may be able to help with the cost of childcare if needed - if so please get in touch
No need for expensive fitness
equipment, just wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring along
something to lie on (a fitness mat, camping mat, bath towel or blanket).
Please note that this venue may change, so if coming for first time,
please ring to check.
If you like the sound of
any of this, but the thought of walking into places for the first time
fills you with terror, please don't be put off.
All our staff are
friendly and will do their best to make you feel welcome, and if you
would like someone to go with for the first few times we can arrange
that too.
