Cooking 4 Health Sessions

These sessions are totally FREE and we may also be able to help with the cost of childcare if needed - if so please get in touch
Everything is provided so all you need to do is turn up, but BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL so that we can provide enough food and equipment
If you like the sound of this, but the thought of walking into places for the first time fills you with terror, please don't
be put off. All our staff are friendly and will do their best to make you feel welcome, and if you would like someone to go with for the
first few times we can arrange that too.
